Tracking Information
Where available, tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@caddiesandbirdies.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged items
- Photos of the external packaging
Claims submitted without photographic evidence may not be eligible for review.
Where appropriate, we may offer store credit or a replacement order.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Caddies & Birdies is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once orders have been dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier service. While we will do our best to assist with delivery issues, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, customs processes, or other circumstances outside of our control.
